ANAMA highlights progress in mine clearance on 28th anniversary


July 18 marks the 28th anniversary of the establishment of the Azerbaijan Mine Action Agency (ANAMA), the country’s leading institution responsible for coordinating mine action and clearing territories contaminated by landmines and unexploded ordnance.

Top 10 buyers of Azerbaijani oil in 1H2026


In January-June 2026, Azerbaijan exported more than 10.1 million tons of oil to more than 10 countries, Report informs, referring to the country’s State Customs Committee.

During the reporting period, the top three destinations for Azerbaijani oil were Italy, the Czech Republic, and Bulgaria.

Catholicos Karekin II not invited to opening of Armenia’s new parliament


For the first time in the country’s history, the Catholicos of All Armenians will not attend the opening session of the newly elected parliament, Report informs via Armenian media outlets.

It was noted that the Armenian Apostolic Church has not received an invitation to the ceremony.

According to the media, the authorities do not intend to send a separate invitation to Catholicos of All Armenians Karekin II, noting that his participation is not mandatory.

Ukraine says striking 13 Russian ‘shadow fleet’ vessels


Ukraine has announced that it struck 13 vessels belonging to Russia’s so‑called “shadow fleet” in the Black Sea and Azov Sea, Report informs via RBC-Ukraine.

The damaged vessels included eight cargo ships, one oil tanker, one gas carrier, one tugboat, and two crane ships.

It was also noted that during the 13 days of Operation “MoLoChKa”, Ukrainian drones carried out attacks on a total of 172 Russian vessels – 118 in the Azov Sea and 54 in the Black Sea.
