Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said at least six people were killed and dozens injured in a Russian missile strike on the Kyiv region, Report informs.
In a post on Telegram, Zelenskyy said rescue operations were underway following the attack.
“At this time, dozens of people are known to have been injured. It is also known that, unfortunately, six people have been killed. My condolences to their families and loved ones,” he wrote.
Earlier, reports said Russian forces had launched a missile strike targeting the Kyiv area.
