The price of one barrel of Azeri Light oil went up by $1.95, or 1.74%, reaching $113.97 per barrel.

“Regarding supplies in the energy sector, we have received 11 aid packages during such a very difficult period. We express our gratitude to Azerbaijan for this assistance,” said President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy during a joint press statement with President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.

On April 25, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev held one-on-one and expanded meetings with President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy in Gabala.

“The military-industrial complex is developing in both Azerbaijan and Ukraine, and there are excellent opportunities here for joint production – and for joint production in the industrial sector in general,” the head of state emphasized.

Noting that, in addition to political dialogue, the issues discussed today especially included cooperation in the energy sector, the head of state said: “There are both achievements here – SOCAR has been successfully operating in Ukraine for many years – and, at the same time, there are very good prospects and joint projects.”

The head of state noted: “Azerbaijan and Ukraine mutually support, and will continue to support, the sovereignty and territorial integrity of both countries in all international organizations.”
