Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, held a one-on-one meeting with Emomali Rahmon, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, according to Azerbaijan in Focus, reporting AzerTac.
The meeting was followed by a ceremony of signing documents and an expanded meeting, after which press statements were made.
