At the end of his
working trip, Vladimir Putin held a working meeting with Stavropol Territory
Governor Vladimir Vladimirov.
Vladimir
Vladimirov informed the President on the region’s preparations for spring planting,
the progress on import substitution of agricultural machinery for Russian or Belarusian equipment as well as the substitution of imported seeds.
They also
discussed the implementation of the national projects Safe and High-Quality
Roads, and Education, the growth of exports, which approached 2 billion rubles,
per capita GRP growth by 150 percent, and a reduction in the region’s debt
burden.
The governor also spoke about the regional policies
to support the special military operation, including support for the fighters’ families
and for the Donbass regions under Stavropol patronage, in particular, the restoration of the cultural centre in Stakhanov.
