U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said Ukraine and Russia should focus on ending their war, warning of the risks of further escalation during a visit to Uzbekistan on Monday. Rubio made the remarks in Samarkand, where he was meeting officials from the C5+1 group, comprising the United States and five Central Asian countries.
