Azerbaijan’s Media and Broadcasting Council has described reports linking Azerbaijan to an investigation involving former German intelligence chief August Hanning as disinformation. The Council says Germany’s Federal Prosecutor’s Office has not identified the foreign intelligence service allegedly involved or established whether the reported analysis was delivered to its intended recipient.
