Azerbaijan is among around 30 of the Universal Postal Union’s 192 member countries represented on both the Council of Administration and the Postal Operations Council, UPU Director General Masahiko Metoki has said in Baku. He also highlighted digitalisation, e-commerce and parcel growth as key drivers reshaping the global postal sector.
