“Just several days ago, the state program on mining was adopted. It’s a very short-term program for four years, which will generate a lot of activity. So these are the main directions of our development,” President Ilham Aliyev said at an event held as part of the 2nd Azerbaijan International Investment Forum.

At least 45 million people in developing countries could face food shortages due to disruptions in fertilizer supplies through the Strait of Hormuz.

“Some of the traditional supply chains are at certain risk. So this is a great opportunity for local and foreign investments,” said President Ilham Aliyev at an event held as part of the 2nd Azerbaijan International Investment Forum.
