#Turkey‘s newly appointed Chief of General Staff, Seljuk Bayraktaroglu, on official visit to #Azerbaijan on the anniversary of what Baku’s leadership has termed the “liberation from Dashnak-Bolshevik occupation in 1918”, (i.e. Armenian-Russian). Ankara expressed further support for Baku, both exchanged views on military-related matters.
