Russian forces dropped seven aerial bombs on the eastern Ukrainian town of Kramatorsk, killing four people and injuring at least nine others, according to regional governor Vadym Filashkin.
He said residential buildings, private homes and a shop were damaged, accusing Russia of deliberately targeting civilians.
