Azerbaijan has announced plans to cement its place as a top choice for movie productions with the introduction of new measures including stronger government coordination and financial incentives.
Rashad Azizov, General Director of Azerbaijan Cinema Agency who spoke to AnewZ says a cash rebate scheme will allow foreign production companies to recover up to 40 per cent of eligible filming expenditure in Azerbaijan, thereby supporting the country’s ambitions.
