Bakı İstintaq Təcridxanasının (BİT) qadın korpusunda kameraların nəfəslikləri yenidən bağlanıb. Məhbuslar havasızlıqdan əziyyət çəkdiklərini, bəzi kameraların nəfəsliklərinin isə pul müqabilində açıldığını iddia edirlər.
“Abzas Media”nın əldə etdiyi məlumata görə, nəzarətçilər əvvəlcə nəfəsliklərin bağlanmasını havaların soyuması ilə əsaslandırıblar. Məhbuslar buna etiraz etdikdə isə onlara “göstəriş belədir” cavabı verilib.
Məhbuslardan biri bildirib ki, nəfəsliklərin bağlanması kameralarda onsuz da çətin olan şəraiti daha da ağırlaşdırıb:
“Hava yayda da havadır, qışda da. Heç bir məhbusun belə bir istəyi olmayıb ki, soyuqdur deyə qarmoşkalar (nəfəsliklər) bağlanılsın. Mən 9 nəfərlik kamerada qalıram. Otaqda siqaret çəkənlər var. Qapalı yerdə tüstüyə dözmək olmur, boğuluruq. Üstəlik, balaca kamerada həm yemək bişirilir, həm də tualet var. Qoxudan, havasızlıqdan yaşaya bilmirik”.
