Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan held a one-on-one meeting with Turkmenistan’s President Serdar Berdimuhamedov in the city of Turkmenbashi.
Berdimukhamedov welcomed Pashinyan’s visit and stressed the importance of further developing bilateral cooperation in various areas.
Pashinyan thanked the Turkmen president for the warm hospitality and said that the Armenian government is interested in expanding and deepening both political and trade and economic ties with Turkmenistan.
The two leaders exchanged views on various issues on the agenda of Armenia-Turkmenistan relations.
