Russian forces launched a ballistic missile attack on Kyiv early on Saturday, damaging two residential buildings, the Ukrainian capital’s mayor, Vitali Klitschko, said. “Explosions in the Kyiv suburbs. The enemy is hitting infrastructure with ballistic missiles,” Klitschko wrote on social media. He said debris struck a five-storey apartment building in a western district of the capital. The facade of another residential building was also damaged. The attack comes ahead of planned trilateral talks between Russia, Ukraine and the United States in Abu Dhabi on 10-11 November.
