Azerbaijan has achieved “de facto peace” with Armenia following the Washington Peace Summit and the initialling of an agreement on peace and interstate relations, Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said during the 81st session of the UN General Assembly. Bayramov said Azerbaijan’s peace agenda had helped turn the South Caucasus into an “anchor of stability, connectivity, and tangible economic dividends.”
