Azerbaijan has outlined plans for Nakhchivan to become its second region after Garabagh and East Zangezur to have all of its electricity supplied from green sources, according to Deputy Energy Minister Elnur Soltanov who spoke to AnewZ. Soltanov said surplus power could be exported as Azerbaijan develops four green-energy corridors linking the country with Europe, Türkiye and Central Asia, with the aim of adding green electricity to its existing oil and gas exports.
