White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said U.S. President Donald Trump agrees that foreign countries try to influence American public opinion after being asked whether he shared Vice President JD Vance’s view on Israel’s efforts to shape U.S. opinion over the war.
Leavitt responded that “foreign countries certainly do try to persuade American public opinion.”
