The Foreign Affairs Council of the EU will discuss the developments concerning Armenia and Azerbaijan.
The meeting will be held in Luxembourg on October 23 and will be chaired by High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell.
The Council will also discuss the war in Ukraine, and the situation in Israel and in the region.
