Putin accuses Ukraine of trying to strike Russia’s Kursk nuclear power plant

President Vladimir Putin on Thursday accused Ukraine of trying to strike Russia’s Kursk nuclear power plant in an overnight attack and said Moscow had informed the U.N. nuclear safety watchdog about the situation.
