Azerbaijan, OSCE discuss bilateral cooperation

Azerbaijan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeyhun Bayramov had a telephone conversation Monday with Minister for Foreign and European Affairs and Trade of the Republic of Malta, OSCE Chair-in-Office Ian Borg.
