Three people were killed and 16 others injured after Russian forces attacked the outskirts of Ukraine’s Kharkiv, said Oleh Syniehubov, Head of Kharkiv Oblast Military Administration, Report informs referring to the Ukrainska Pravda.
Nine of those injured were taken to hospital, three of whom are in a serious condition.
Emergency services are working at the scene.
