Nepal’s President Ram Chandra Paudel plans to visit Azerbaijan to attend the COP29 conference, which will be held in Baku from November 11 to 22, Azernews reports, citing Nepal’s Minister of Forestry and Environment, Aina Bahadur Shahi Thakuri.
