Shota Harutyunyan appointed judge of Almetyevsk City Court in Tatarstan Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree appointing Shota Harutyunyan as a judge of the Almetyevsk City Court in the Republic of Tatarstan. Under the decree, Harutyunyan will serve a six-year term.
