Russia is ready to increase diesel supplies to the United States and other countries in October, Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said, following a call between Russian President Vladimir Putin and U.S. President Donald Trump. Novak added that exports are expected to rise further in November and December as refineries resume operations after maintenance.
