Azerbaijan’s 4th International Conference in the Baku Dialogue format on missing persons opened at the Gulustan Palace on 7 October. The event brought together officials, experts, diplomats and representatives of international organisations and NGOs. The conference focuses on strengthening trust and developing effective mechanisms to address the issue of missing persons.
