Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has said that Europe is waging a war against Russia citing its supply of weapons to Ukraine. Lavrov said this while responding to questions about the West’s repeated accusations of Moscow conducting a hybrid war against certain European countries and NATO allies. He also defended Russia’s use of force in Ukraine, saying it was aimed at neutralising what he described as a direct threat.
