Is Germany’s view of Azerbaijan evolving? Political scientist Felipe Fernandes tells AnewZ’s Anastasiya Lavrina that Berlin is increasingly seeing Azerbaijan not only as part of the EU’s eastern neighbourhood, but as a strategic partner linking Europe with the South Caucasus, the Caspian region and Central Asia.
