Azerbaijan has denied any official involvement in reported secret talks between German politicians and Russian representatives held in Baku. Sources close to the Azerbaijani government have confirmed to AnewZ that Baku had no involvement in the secret talks. The gatherings were a strictly private initiative, organised entirely at the independent discretion of the participating delegations.
