A civilian cargo ship carrying 11 Azerbaijani crew members was hit in a drone attack off the coast of Odesa, Azerbaijan’s Foreign Ministry said. Most of the crew were evacuated safely and are in satisfactory condition, while search efforts are underway for the Azerbaijani captain, who remains missing.
