A new book dedicated to 🇦🇲 culinary traditions is being published in 🇫🇷. Solar Editions has presented: Armenian Cuisine: Recipes and Stories from the Diaspora Around the World, written by siblings Corinne & Richard Zarzavadjian. The foreword was written by historian and French Academy member Pascal Ory.
