A gala concert honoring the winners of the 9th Florida Keys International Music Competition, dedicated to the 140th anniversary of the legendary Azerbaijani composer Uzeyir Hajibeyli, was held at the world-renowned Carnegie Hall in New York City, USA, Azernews reports, citing the State Committee on Work with Diaspora.
Turkey’s defense ministry said a Turkish military cargo plane crashed in Georgia near the border with Azerbaijan on November 11. The ministry said on X that the C-130 plane had taken off from Azerbaijan and was on its way back to Turkey. It was not clear how many crew members were on board and the cause was under investigation.
