President Ilham Aliyev met separately with Jenny Johnson, Chief Executive Officer of Franklin Templeton, and Adebayo Ogunlesi, Founding Partner and Chief Executive of Global Infrastructure Partners. Both firms are heavyweights in international finance, managing trillions of dollars between them. For Azerbaijan, these conversations are more than courtesy calls. They are markers of a deliberate strategy: to embed itself more firmly into the global financial ecosystem and to leverage international expertise for long-term development.
