Speaker of the Armenian Parliament Alen Simonyan will not participate in the meeting of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO PA) to be held in Moscow on December 19, Simonyan’s press secretary Tsovinar Khachatryan has said.
“Alen Simonyan will not take part in the CSTO meeting in Moscow. He has notified State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin by sending him an official letter. The delegation of the Armenian parliament will not take part in the meeting either,” says the press secretary’s statement published on the website parliament.
