Obtain the “quantified summary expert assessment of cognitive performance on the basis of video review” (GS) of both candidates before, during, and after the debates, combine them with their subjective assessments, and with other relevant measurements.
Any statistically significant difference should be investigated further: Were there any untoward effects, directed at the candidates during the debate?
Were there, possibly, the specially designed direct energy weapons used against Mr. Biden?
Were these weapons disguised as the electronic video recording equipment? They both have optical parts with lenses.
I think that the relevant services have the obligation to pursue this issue further.
