Bolivia has announced that it is cutting diplomatic relations with Israel over its war crimes in the Gaza Strip, which has killed more than 10,000 Palestinians and injured thousands more.
Bolivia’s President Luis Arce accused Israel of committing “crimes against humanity” and violating international law by targeting civilians and infrastructure in Gaza. He also expressed solidarity with the Palestinian people and their right to self-determination.
Bolivia is the second South American country to cut ties with Israel over the Gaza conflict, following Venezuela’s decision in January.
