Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov and US Secretary of State Marco Rubio held a telephone conversation on 5 October, discussing the current state and future prospects of the Azerbaijan-US strategic partnership, as well as the Azerbaijan-Armenia normalisation process.
