TEHRAN, Jul. 09 (MNA) – Moscow has vehemently denied responsibility for the tragedy at the Okhmatdet Children’s Hospital in Kyiv after a missile hit the facility on Monday, saying that the incident was caused by a Ukrainian air defense missile.
