Azerbaijan’s Culture Ministry, TIKA mull cooperation in field of culture

The Azerbaijan Culture Minister Adil Karimli has received a delegation led by the President of Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA), Serkan Kayalar, Azernews reports citing the ministry.
