Azerbaijan, Japan discuss strengthening bilateral cooperation

Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister Elnur Mammadov held a meeting with Masaki Ishikawa, Special Representative of the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) for Central Asia, the Caucasus, and GUAM, Azernews reports.
