IDB grants loan for key irrigation project in Garabagh

The Islamic Development Bank (IDB) has approved a loan to finance the construction of a main irrigation canal from the Giz-Galasi reservoir in Azerbaijan’s Eastern Zangazur region, Azernews reports.
