Routes Europe 2025: Georgian Airports Take Flight

Tbilisi, Georgia: Tbilisi International and Batumi International Airports are already in the spotlight with their services and potential for growth at the Routes Europe 2025 conference in Spain. This was disclosed by Tbilisi and Batumi International Airports’ official Facebook page on 10 April, 2025.

It is to be noted that this is the work of TAV Georgia and TAV Airports Holding, who together with the consortium are showcasing the potential of Georgia’s two International Airports to the airlines and airport operators.

TAV Georgia Discusses International Airport Services

Beside these, TAV Georgia also organized a good number of meetings and sessions with a whole range of airline companies which included Vueling, Austrian Air, Air India, Edelweiss, Cyprus Airways, Finnair, SAS, EasyJet, Air Serbia, and Air Cairo, just to mention but a few.

During the sessions, Polish Airports also joined the discussion as the representatives of the Polish airport operators. While some of the airlines are already using Tbilisi and Batumi international airports, the rest were briefed during the meetings on the services provided by TAV Georgia and the competitive benefits of operating at the airports.

Routes Europe

Routes Europe is the most important routes development event in the aviation industry for the region. It serves as a consolidating forum for Airlines, Airports, Tourism and other organizations related to the European air transport infrastructure to come to discuss and collaborate towards strengthening European air integration.

TAV Georgia’s European Route Development

TAV Georgia is continuously active on the strategy to market and promote the European direction for the two airports under its management. The company has been in operation in the Georgian aviation market for the past 20 years, has invested over $230 million in the development and construction of aviation infrastructure in the country’s two international airports.
