Eduard Spertsyan, a midfielder for the Armenian national team and FC Krasnodar, has arrived in Yerevan to support the Armenian national team ahead of the match against Georgia.

It should be noted that the captain of FC Krasnodar will miss the upcoming match due to injury.

The UEFA Nations League match between Armenia and Georgia is scheduled to take place at the Vazgen Sargsyan Republican Stadium in Yerevan on March 20 at 9:00 PM.

The Armenian government has decided to temporarily open the Margara checkpoint on the border with Turkey from March 21 to 31, allowing the transportation of humanitarian cargo to Syria via Turkish territory.

“As a result of working meetings between representatives of the respective departments of the Republic of Armenia and the Syrian Arab Republic, an agreement has been reached to address Armenia’s provision of humanitarian assistance to Syria.

The adoption of this draft decision is conditioned by the need to transport the humanitarian aid from Armenia to Syria by land, through Turkey,” the statement reads.
