Israeli Kills 68 Palestinians in Gaza Amid Escalating Conflict

At least 43 Palestinians were killed by intense Israeli airstrikes targeting the Shati refugee camp and the Tuffah neighborhood in Gaza. The bombings, described as some of the most severe in recent days, followed a deadly assault on the al-Mawasi camp in southern Gaza that left 25 people dead and overwhelmed local medical facilities with a “flood of wounded people,” according to a Red Cross official.

The attacks on Shati and Tuffah, densely populated areas, resulted in widespread devastation. Local authorities reported that many of the victims were civilians, including women and children. Eyewitnesses described scenes of chaos as rescue workers struggled to pull survivors from the rubble of collapsed buildings.

The earlier assault on the al-Mawasi camp in southern Gaza intensified the humanitarian crisis. Al-Mawasi, a relatively isolated area, faced severe challenges as medical responders attempted to navigate damaged roads to reach those in need. The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) described the situation as dire. “There was a flood of wounded people, and the facilities are struggling to cope,” said an ICRC spokesperson.

Israeli war crimes and massacres of Palestinians is continued despite several ceasefire resolution adopted by United Nations (UN) and International Court of Justice (ICJ) orders.
