Defense Ministry: Russian peacekeeping contingent fully withdrawn from Azerbaijani territory


The process of withdrawing the Russian Federation’s peacekeeping contingent, which was temporarily deployed in the territory of Azerbaijan after the Patriotic War, concluded on June 12, according to Azerbaijan in Focus, reporting AzerTac, citing Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Defense.

“All personnel, weapons, and equipment of the peacekeeping contingent have completely left our territory,” the ministry said.
