В соответствии с планом подготовки на 2024 год, в Сухопутных войсках состоялись первенства по военному пятиборью.
На церемонии открытия состязаний сначала минутой молчания была почтена память Общенационального лидера нашего народа Гейдара Алиева и шехидов, отдавших жизнь во имя территориальной целостности Азербайджана, прозвучал Государственный гимн.
Выступившие пожелали участникам успехов, было отмечено, что основной целью проведения подобных состязаний является проверка физической и психологической выносливости военнослужащих, а также выявление сильных команд.
После обнародования целей и правил состязаний был дан старт первенству по военному пятиборью. Команды, представляющие различные виды войск и объединений, померились силами в личном и командном зачетах.
Военнослужащие соревновались в преодолении полосы препятствий, стрельбе из автомата, метании гранат, кроссе на 8 км и плавании.
По итогам состязаний победители были награждены дипломами, кубками и медалями.
