Putin, Pashinyan could discuss issues personally soon – Peskov

Russian President Vladimir Putin and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan will be able to discuss current issues during possible personal contacts soon, Kremlin’s Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov told reporters.

In response to a question on whether there were concerns that Yerevan could demand the withdrawal of the 102nd Russian military base from Armenia, the Kremlin Spokesman noted: “There have been no signals in this regard.”

“We expect that in the short term, President Putin and Prime Minister Pashinyan will have the opportunity to discuss these and, if necessary, other pressing issues personally,” Peskov said.
