Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Kobakhidze has visited the Alley of Honors to pay tribute to National Leader, architect and founder of the modern and independent Azerbaijani state Heydar Aliyev, and laid a wreath at the Great Leader’s grave, Azernews reports.
