State Department gives no comment on Berlin meeting between Baku and Yerevan


The U.S. State Department has not commented on the meeting between Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov and his Armenian counterpart Ararat Mirzoyan, which is scheduled to be held in the German capital Berlin, Azernews reports.

Azerbaijan dismantles Charles Aznavour monument in Stepanakert


The Azerbaijani administration has dismantled the monument of Charles Aznavour, which was erected next to the Paul Eluard Francophonie Center in Stepanakert on the occasion of the singer’s 100th birthday in 2022.

The State Council for the Protection of Artsakh Cultural Heritage has shared two photos of the Charles Aznavour monument and a screenshot of the same place published in January 2024.

Earlier, the monuments of writer Hakob Hakobyan, philanthropist Alex Manoogian, politician Alexander Miasnikian, Admiral Hovhannes Isakov, military leaders Anatoly Zinevich, Kristapor Ivanyan and others were dismantled.

The monument of Artsakh Hero Ashot Ghulyan in Stepanakert was also dismantled. videos shared on social media show graves of those killed in the Artsakh Liberation War being vandalized.
