In a pivotal move to strengthen ties between the European Union (EU) and Central Asia, the European Commission and the European Investment Bank have announced a substantial investment of 1.5 billion euros in strategic transport infrastructure facilities for the region.

The Purchasing Managers Index (PMI) of the Turkish manufacturing industry improved to 49.2 in January from 47.4 in December, data provider S&P Global stated on Thursday, Azernews ​reports, citing Anadolu Agency.
